Engine 1.9.351 -> 1.9.352, one train:

- leptris/leptris#1687: instance-side type references resolve
  through the ladder (element ns -> unstamped -> name-only), so
  OOXML's a:-prefixed cross-namespace type refs (wp:extent ->
  a:CT_PositiveSize2D, pic:cNvPr -> a:CT_NonVisualDrawingProps)
  resolve instead of answering 'type not found in the schema'.
  #1665's element-namespace priority and compile-side strictness
  stay intact. Closes the drawing half of leptris-ruby#440's
  follow-up.

xsd_chain_shapes_spec.rb gains the cross-namespace example
(wp-typed particles over a-namespace types through an import
chain; positive + lexical negative). Suite: 1003 examples,
0 failures.
