What's Changed

Another maintenance release with dependency updates and code cleanup. I've switched the CLI framework from click to typer and made the lint and type checks in the project stricter.

In addition, the markdown math processing was improved to handle an edge case, see #164. Thanks to @Kangonaut for their contribution to solve this issue (#165)!
