Fixed

• Global Claude preset installs rewrite hook command entries to an absolute
  path under ~/.claude/hooks/invoke-hook.cjs so the guard runs from any cwd
  on Linux, macOS, and Windows (relative node .claude/hooks/... previously
  threw MODULE_NOT_FOUND and skipped the guard). Paths use / separators;
  spaces and shell metacharacters ($, backticks, …) are double-quoted with
  escapes so a hostile HOME cannot inject $(…) into the hook command.
  Project-local installs keep the relative path. doctor reports
  global-hook-paths when global settings still use a relative or missing
  script; repair with migrate --global or
  install preset --target claude --global --force.

Upgrade notes

If you previously installed CodeConductor presets globally, run
codeconductor migrate --global (or reinstall with
codeconductor install preset --target claude --global --force) so existing
hook commands are rewritten to absolute, shell-safe paths. Project-local
installs do not need this step unless you also use a global Claude install.
