user/email hardcoded limited to length of 64

If this is a hardcoded limit in git it should be moved to a define rather than have 64 is several spots in the code. If it is not a limit it should be fixed.

Fixed in 5851901. git_person is no longer public, memory is dynamic and managed by the library, and there are getter methods in place.
