Breaking for consumers

• IdentityNames: claim → bind, quoteClaim → quoteBind, acceptsClaims → acceptsBindings, WrongClaimValue → WrongBindValue, ClaimFeePaid → BindFeePaid.
• Google userId is 0x + the SHA-256 digest of the sub (libid-circuits v0.5.0).
• The Honk verifiers are bb's optimized zero-knowledge template: one contract each, deployed without linking; the Rust library-linking API is gone.

Real claims on an Osaka fork of eden: X 1.42–1.65M gas, GitHub 1.47–1.70M (were 6.7–7.1M); a real Google bind 1.49M (was 4.1–4.2M).
