How to use the How to?

After reading through https://github.com/libp2p/github-mgmt/blob/master/docs/HOWTOS.md#modify-a-resource, I am not really sure which how to I need to use, nor what the total impact would be. My specific use-case is that I want to add all IPFS GUI projects on here, so that I can easily add automatic issue closing functionality for stale issues/PRs.

Since there are multiple separate organizations, I'm assuming I would need to add each organization as a folder to ./github/$org and then create a repository.json file within each of those folders, specifying the names of the repos I want to add.

Is there anything else I would need to do? Do the above steps currently grant me any additional management/feature capabilities that I don't already have via manual adjustments?

To limit blast radius of a potential breach we have decided to have separate github-mgmt repos in each organization. This means we cannot manage, let's say, ipfs repos from libp2p/github-mgmt repository because there are no credentials strong enough in libp2p/github-mgmt.

As far as stale bot goes, a PR that adds a stale bot to all IPFS repositories is currently under review - ipfs/github-mgmt#4.

Are there any IPFS GUI projects outside ipfs org that you'd like to be covered?
