set dist trusty for old perls #279

It seems that the default ubuntu version in travis ci has changed from trusty to xenial.
Then, because old perls for xenial are not available, travis ci is failing with current master branch.

It looks like some old perls for 16.04 are available now

Oh, no. 5.8, 5.10, 5.12 for ubuntu 16.04 are still missing.

There has been some progress on travis-perl-helpers lately. Perhaps everything will magically "just work"?
