in http://liftweb.net/docs/getting_... , i seems that quotes are being replaced by tildes:

for example:

bind(f, xhtml, name -> text(name, name = _),

        ~year~ -> select((1900 to 2007).
                toList.map(_.toString). 
                reverse.map(v => (v, v)), 
                Empty, handleYear _))

This is fixed. I'm running a sed script now to unbreak the string terminators.
