Add Lightdash MCP Documentation
This PR adds comprehensive documentation for the Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration with Lightdash. The new guide explains how MCP enables AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude to interact directly with Lightdash data through natural conversation.
