Repeated "non-standard input" logs (many of them) #11317
|
My LND node repeatedly logs the following warnings. Is it worth creating issue on LND Github page? The warning appears repeatedly in the LND systemd journal: The node currently reports synced_to_chain: true LND version: 0.21.2-beta |

Not worth an issue - it's harmless noise, and there's already a fix waiting. btcwallet (the wallet library inside lnd, which logs as btcsuite/btcwallet#1350 drops it to debug. It's approved but not merged yet, so 0.21.4-beta still logs it at |

btcwallet (the wallet library inside lnd, which logs as
BTWL) checks the inputs of the transactions bitcoind sends it, from the mempool and new blocks. An input with no scriptSig and no witness at all (a pay-to-anchor spend is one) can't be traced back to an address, so it logs this warning and skips it. That doesn't affect your wallet or channels - spends of those are matched by outpoint before that step, and payments to you by the outputs.btcsuite/btcwallet#1350 drops it to debug. It's approved but not merged yet, so 0.21.4-beta still logs it at
