The beginning of #284.

  • Unit tests for constraints.
  • Implement utility function for constraints to DRY up the tests.
  • Test authenticating
    • with the macaroon of another service,
    • with no macaroon, or
    • with an invalid macaroon.
  • All of the above in lnd integration tests.
