This PR adds a timeout to the
testReorgWalletBalancetest's node disconnect loop, which would otherwise cycle forever until the tests are interrupted by a timeout panic. It also makes the test look for a peer disconnection, not necessarily a peer count of 0, which is more robust in case there is a pre-existing peer connection from another source.The PR also fixes a small variable capitalization issue caught by the linter.
