📝 Description

Improve the object storage quota tests to better handle dynamic results.

✔️ How to Test

Replace the url with v4beta:

export LINODE_URL="https://api.linode.com/v4beta/"

Run the test:

make test-int TEST_SUITE="object_storage/test_obj_quotas.py"
