sorry for my late response.

There have been quite a number of similar attempts for a TLP GUI. Allmost all have hardcoded dialogs that need attention everytime TLP's config scheme changes (with every TLP release actually).

I worked with one author for a more flexible approach. He implemented it with a config scheme in a JSON file separate from the UI code: https://github.com/d4nj1/TLPUI

I suggest you contribute there.
