Fails if applesmc and coretemp built into kernel instead of as modules

mbpfan exits with an error stating that the modules aren't loaded. I had built them into the kernel instead.

Deleting the code in main.c that checks for the modules fixed it, but this is just a quick hack.

Maybe check whether applesmc.768 and coretemp.0 exist in /sys/devices/platform instead of checking the output of lsmod.
