This version provide support for nested components update for basic-virtual-dom.

@juliandavidmr, what do you think about react style props props.children and such kind of components nesting ? in other words we are free to make something different 🦄

I think 'props' and 'childrens' are and will be an important feature of Cakejs. Although I am now thinking how it could be better, and also other different ways to do this. All this as not to follow the same style of 'react' but something novel.
