spore-peer v0.1.0 — P2P long-body transport

What this is

spore-peer is the P2P long-body transport for Spore: a sender holds an ECDH-encrypted body by CID on their own node and advertises only an on-chain pointer; the recipient fetches the body peer-to-peer when both are online, then keys rotate and erase. Nobody but sender and receiver ever holds the bytes.

• serve / fetch by CID with sha256 integrity (500 cid mismatch on tamper)
• sync / push — DERO rpc2 subset, one-pass store convergence
• peers list + sync-loop bidirectional convergence
• Hostile-frame CBOR fuzz suite (18 tests green)

Clean-room, BSD-3, standalone (no derohe dependency). Static musl Linux binary + Windows amd64. Full client at github.com/liqdmetal/spore.
