v2.2.0 — License + README reconciliation

Reconciles the license and README that shipped on the published 2.1.x line but had not been merged back into main.

  • License restored to PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 (LICENSE + package.json)
  • README v2 — updated screenshots, absolute image URLs, badges

Note: this version is not published to npm. The next npm release is 2.3.0 (feature work). Feature changes — response-id read-time merge (#333) and cold-load UX (#332) — ship in 2.3.0.
