Nerf Laser Ops Pro Base - Circuit Playground Express Edition v0.1

Arduino code for the Adafruit Circuit Playground Express to expand Nerf Laser Ops Pro functionality. CPE will act like a "Base" with health to add objectives to gameplay.

-Team select at compile
-Only accepts opposing team hits, mimicking default blaster function for FFA/Team play
-Flashes all pixels on purple when a valid hit is received

To be added
-Team Switch button
-"Health" and damage state, displayed via the number and color of LEDs
-Reset button for when the unit is "dead" to continue play
