Add Tween animations

Hey @luizbills, I've been making some basic animations with Litecanvas. I was thinking of generalizing it into a tween animation system with various easing options such as linear, inQuad, outQuad, etc.

I would love to contribute this to the utils package, or as a separate plugin if you think that would be better.

I don't think that is a good idea create another physics engine. But I recommend you create a game for our https://github.com/litecanvas/games like flappy bird, breakout, etc.
