• Config: optional per-provider session_header injects the stable conversation id into a declared HTTP header; catalog connect stamps known entries automatically; a missing-header 400 surfaces an actionable config hint.
• Reliability: recover explicit status codes from OpenAI-compatible streaming errors so transient failures enter the existing retry policy; classify status-less provider messages with a conservative retry policy (quota/billing never retried).
• Agent turn lifecycle: prompts that arrive while a turn is active join the steer queue instead of failing as busy; leftover steers flush before the next primary prompt; unfinished todos get a single bounded reconcile continuation.
• TUI: fenced code panels fold long lines instead of truncating; tool rows settle when the result event is missing; clipboard screenshots enter via paste (including empty bracketed paste), and models without image input receive path tags so batch file work still works.
