New: paper search across four literature sources

PaperSearch queries arXiv, OpenAlex, Crossref and Europe PMC in parallel and merges what they return, so a source that is rate-limited or blocked degrades the answer instead of erasing it.

• arXiv keeps to its published 3-second request interval, and only broadens a query to an OR of its terms when the precise phrase finds nothing.
• Results are de-duplicated by DOI, arXiv ID and long titles, then interleaved across sources.
• A source that fails is reported next to the results; only an all-source failure raises an error.
• Metadata and links only — full texts are never downloaded, cached or redistributed.

TUI

• Clickable links: bare URLs in tool results and in the WebSearch glance are now OSC 8 hyperlinks; a click opens your browser. The alt-screen owns the mouse, so the terminal's own Cmd+click does not apply inside the TUI.
• Safer URL launching on Windows: URLs travel through a Base64-encoded PowerShell command instead of cmd /c start, so query strings cannot split the command line.
• Better link targets: sentence punctuation (ASCII, full-width and CJK) stays outside the link, control bytes never leak into it, and links the text already carries are not nested.
• Reasoning rows are indented to the same content column as file and diff tool bodies.

Compatibility

No configuration changes; existing setups keep working.

新增：四源论文检索

PaperSearch 并行检索 arXiv / OpenAlex / Crossref / Europe PMC 并合并结果；某个源被限流或不可用时，是"降级"而不是"搜不到"。

• arXiv 遵守官方 3 秒/请求间隔；仅在精确短语查不到结果时，才降级为全词 OR 检索。
• 结果按 DOI / arXiv ID / 长标题去重，并在各源之间轮转交错。
• 失败源会在结果旁明确标注；只有全部源都失败才报错。
• 只取元数据与链接，不下载、不缓存正文。

TUI

• 链接可点：工具结果与 WebSearch 折叠卡里的裸 URL 现在都是 OSC 8 超链接，单击即用浏览器打开（alt-screen 接管了鼠标，终端自身的 ⌘+点击在 TUI 内不适用）。
• Windows 打开方式更安全：URL 走 Base64 编码的 PowerShell 命令，不再经过 cmd /c start，查询串里的 & 无法再切断命令行。
• 链接目标更准：句末标点（ASCII / 全角 / 中文）留在链接外，控制字节不会漏进链接，已有链接不会被嵌套。
• 思考正文缩进与文件/差异正文的内容列对齐。

兼容性：无配置变更，既有配置继续可用。
