Highlights

• Agent collaboration end to end. Background-task notifications are gated to live sessions; a subagent's request now reaches a blocked parent in real time (the foreground wait hands the run to the background and the parent reads the request at its next step); approvals are attributed to their source agent and gated by capability, with a spawn-depth cap. Parked command timeouts ride the same background manager, delivery receipts and accounting are truthful, and subagent-owned background tasks surface in the task surfaces.
• Activity blocks seal where they stand. A turn's tool work ends in place at each signal — an agent card mounting, a delivered child request, or visible answer text — so the running block always starts below the newest signal and nothing on screen jumps. While a block is running, its expanded view anchors on the newest steps.
• Honest hand-off display. A subagent whose foreground run is handed to the background shows a dedicated colored label; the footer books runs by subagent id (one badge at a time); live and replay read the same delivery signal.
• Child-request notices are truthful. The request notice is painted only for requests the parent actually receives.
• Image generation passes the prompt through. The image skill hands the user's prompt to the model as written (parameters such as size stay the skill's job), and material with copy is generated in a single shot — all of the text goes into the prompt.
• Maintenance. Workspace packages bump to 0.18.1.
