• Scope only — a checkbox in the time scrubber narrows the board to tickets touched in the selected window; lives in the URL, so a narrowed board can be shared.
• Event log no longer loses lines — sync repair puts back log lines git dropped from the worktree, never writes back a half-written one, and stages media additively.
• Bad events can't take the board down — payloads are validated before replay, duplicate creation events are skipped, and a move with no room between two siblings fails and rebalances instead of guessing a rank.
• Honest sync errors — a git timeout reads as our own timeout, not as an unreachable remote, and a remote too slow to publish no longer fails silently.
• MIT LICENSE added.
