Added openai alongside openai-codex for /fast, request priority adaptation, terminal status and the optional Telegram row. Fast preferences remain isolated by provider/model, including identical model IDs. Both providers share the existing Codex subscription quota stream. Pi subscription OAuth under openai now fetches quota directly without requiring the legacy provider; openai API-key auth is skipped and the Codex CLI fallback is preserved.
