0.29.2: State Flow Continuity and Telegram Recovery

• State Flow Continuity: Advances the exact State Flow pin to 0.26.4. Passive retains native summaries and tool calls/results after idle Stop and split-turn compaction, including through reload/resume. Automatic Passive memory omits stored answers; Active response guidance keeps answer ownership with the runtime. No memory migration or configuration change is required.
• Telegram Recovery: Advances the exact Telegram pin to 0.52.2, adding finite chooser lifetimes, waiting-continue cancellation, polling recovery, replacement-safe disconnect and bounded Windows attachment publication retries. Unconfirmed cleanup remains explicit. Other pins, package membership, resources and load order are unchanged.
