OpenAI Subscription Support: Advances Codex Usage to 0.13.0. ChatGPT subscription OAuth under openai now fetches Codex quotas without the legacy openai-codex provider; ordinary API-key auth is skipped. Both providers support terminal and Telegram status plus /fast, with preferences isolated by provider/model. Other pins, package membership, resources and load order are unchanged.
