0.34.0: Telegram Steer and Connection Recovery

• Telegram Steer: Advances only the exact Telegram pin to 0.56.1, adding per-prompt Steer through fire reactions or the queue menu while Normal remains the default. Ready corrections enter at model-step boundaries without replacing the Telegram queue or replaying uncertain input. Other pins, package membership, resources and load order are unchanged.
• Connection and Restore: Includes explicit recovery of interrupted creation, message-based checks for deleted follower tabs, negotiated follower /start and /help Restore, and first-click leader command-ACK observation. Both peers must support the relevant capabilities; unknown creation may leave an extra tab, and old-tab cleanup remains independently protected.
