0.35.0: Telegram Thread Continuity and Shared Settings

• Telegram continuity: Advances only the exact Telegram pin to 0.57.0. Same-process follower session replacement preserves the Thread, letter slot and acknowledged title without a second connected notice; cross-process handoff notices use the acknowledged title. Other pins, package membership and resource order are unchanged.
• Shared settings: Automatic Thread display now uses top-level threads.displayMode for every bot profile. The old profile-scoped key is ignored without migration; configurations without the new key use Letters until Settings saves a choice. Profiles hold only bot identity and the paired owner.
