0.58.2: Flexible Assistant Action Markup

• HTML actions: Complete button/voice comments activate by their delimiters and accepted payload regardless of whitespace or surrounding Markdown, including code fences. Adjacent same-line comments are independent; unfinished comments do not activate. Escape the opening delimiter as <!-- for literal examples.
• In-body buttons: Fenced telegram_button blocks tolerate horizontal indentation, whitespace before the exact name, and three or more backticks or tildes. Closures require the same marker and at least the opening length on a separate line. Enclosing fenced examples remain literal; incomplete blocks, malformed JSON/CML and invalid rows still register no callbacks.
