Initial PyPI release of the Satellite Image Simulation Toolkit.

SImSiT generates synthetic telescope images with GalSim rendering and SSATK astrodynamics, calibrated passbands, detector noise, satellite brightness models, adaptive exposure integration, and seeded, provenance-recorded runs.

Requires Python >=3.10 and ssatk>=1.1.4. External Gaia catalogs must be obtained separately; example inputs are synthetic where documented.

Verification: 199 offline source tests and 199 isolated installed-wheel tests passed (two live-network tests excluded); strict Twine distribution checks and installed dependency checks passed. All required GitHub CI checks are green for commit d48fbfb.

Installation after PyPI publication: python -m pip install simsit.
