First release carrying the BACKEND_DL flavor channel (#38/#39, PRs
#40/#41): npm matrix unchanged; linux-x64-dl pack builds + gates on the
same tag and publishes to the R2 channel once the L4 gate passes.

BREAKING: engines >=24.0.0 (Node 22 EOL'd 2026-06-01; landed in #40,
first released here — flag in release notes).
