Apt.llvm.org not updated for debian 11 Bullseye

Hello,

I’m using clang-21 with debian package from apt.llvm.org on debian 11 and debian 12

The debian 12 project is updated

root@debian12:# clang-21 --version
Debian clang version 21.1.1 (++20250908083207+fa462a66e418-1exp1~20250908083327.27)

but debian 11 has an older clang-21

clang-21 --version
Debian clang version 21.1.0 (++20250805124117+400d8b067591-1exp120250805124252.17)

It seem debian 10 has same problem, but ubuntu 20.04 is up tp date

yeah, some Ci issue here. I was waiting for someone to complain to see if we still have users as it is EOL

I'm building somes executable under Debian 11, because we have target computer under Debian 11.

Unfortunatelly, it is not easy to create executable and dynamic library .so under Debian 12 or 13 which target glibc 2.31.
