scan-build 186 does not allow cats in path

Extended Description

When I start scan-build from:
/private/tmp/cur/checker-0.186/scan-build xcodebuild
it works.

But not any of these works:
/private/tmp/Kätzchen/checker-0.186/scan-build xcodebuild
/private/tmp/แมว/checker-0.186/scan-build xcodebuild
/private/tmp/猫/checker-0.186/scan-build xcodebuild
/private/tmp/ねこ/checker-0.186/scan-build xcodebuild

I think that this restriction to mutts is rather unfortunate.

Same problem with version 177.
Version 144 works with all animals.

Yeah. Probably some string is getting interpreted by Perl. I'll look into this when I get back from vacation.
