Extended Description

64-bit GCC targets support a __int128 and __uint128 datatype, and clang doesn't. Perhaps this could be implemented using Eli's fixed width integers?

We already support "typedef int __int128 __attribute((mode(TI)));". What exactly needs to be implemented here?
