Adding BreakConstructorInitializers None option

Would it be possible to add a BreakConstructorInitializers None or No option? This would make formatting much easier and maybe for other formats like json, flatbuffers and so on very helpful.

Maybe BreakInheritanceListStyle would fix it also.

Alternative solution would be implementing this languages seperatly so the user doesn´t have to tweak settings individually 😄
