[CAS] Fix a build failure on 32 bit system from #114100

Fix a build failure on 32 bit system that caused by a warning of
narrowing uint64_t to size_t.

[llvm-ci]

LLVM Buildbot has detected a new failure on builder clang-aarch64-quick running on linaro-clang-aarch64-quick while building llvm at step 5 "ninja check 1".
