Modifying isExtractSubvectorCheap function to leverage common optimizations can achieve similar results. However, when testing this approach with the llvm-test-suites/SingleSource/UnitTests/matrix-types-spec.s file, it results in more constant pool memory accesses compared to this patch. The specific reason requires further analysis.
