Talked with @itsachen, and we've decided to keep Dialyzer in the project for now. We'll need typespecs for more useful documentation, which will be added in a future PR. |

What
Removes dialyzer from lob-elixir.
Why
We've found that Dialyzer doesn't add a lot of value to our Elixir projects, and can introduce some difficult to debug issues that have a negative impact on productivity.
