Refactor done in 2.0 makes it so data volumes are deleted as well.

It seems like the logic that filters containers that are "data volumes" got removed in the refactor. This results in data volumes being wiped out by docker-rotate.

docker-rotate 2.0 as a major version introduced breaking changes compared to 1.X

This issue was resolved by the API changes in the 3.0 version
