• android: a non-breaking space written as   is kept on import (it
  became a normal space), and a <string> without a name attribute is
  skipped instead of coming in as the key undefined (update
  android-string-resource to 2.4.0, which reads the file with rdotjson 2.1.0).
• android: a string-array item with attributes (e.g. tools:ignore) that
  holds \t or \uXXXX no longer comes in with invisible marker characters
  (since 12.10.2), and comments keep \t and \uXXXX as written again.
