• format: rendering the preview of rewritten text files is substantially faster,
  especially for large reindentations and key reorders. Changed lines now print
  as adjacent removed/added pairs, rather than grouped hunks separated by blank
  lines. For a very large reorder, the visual old/new pairing can be approximate
  to keep the command responsive; this affects the preview only, not the written
  file, --dry behavior, or the unchanged-file skip.
