A plugin can run the built-in Google Ads, Search Console and Meta Ads
handlers with credentials it resolves itself (#821). The new public
module mureo.mcp.credential_source holds a per-call credential source in a
context variable: wrap the delegated call in use_credential_source(...)
and the handlers take the credentials (and, for Google, a pre-built google.auth credentials object) from it instead of the credentials file.
An active source wins over BYOD mode; a source that returns no credentials
yields the usual credentials-not-found result with no file fallback; and
the Meta token is not refreshed, since the source owns its lifecycle. create_google_ads_client, create_search_console_client and list_accessible_accounts accept a matching keyword-only oauth_credentials. Nothing changes for callers that never set a source.
See "Reusing the built-in handlers with your own credentials" in docs/plugin-authoring.md.
mureo.mcp.credential_source also exports current_google_source() and current_meta_source() (the active source's per-platform entry, or None),
and use_credential_source raises TypeError before setting anything when
an entry is a class or lacks a method its Protocol requires (#821).
