Changed

• The configure UI shows whether a secret credential field has a stored
  value. A secret is never sent to the browser, so its input is always
  empty; each secret field on the Plugin credentials cards and in the setup
  wizard now carries a ✓ Configured / ✗ Not set mark next to its name, and an
  unset one without a provider placeholder reads "(not set — enter a value)".
  The Creative Studio key form gains the same Configured / Not set text next
  to its existing mark. The Meta token card marks its optional App Secret the
  same way and pre-fills a stored App ID, and the Setup tab's mureo
  Credentials (advanced) form shows the mark for whichever field is selected,
  updating when the selection changes and after a save.
