Summary

Release v0.35.0: everything merged since v0.34.0.

  • #851 (#935): the ops history flags a decision that was probably recorded twice. Each decision in the decisions / ops_history items carries possible_duplicate_of: on a recorded decision not yet carried out, the root id of the decision a call opened within 24 hours after it on the same campaign or entity (nearest only, each named once), otherwise null. The dashboard shows a "Possible duplicate" chip on that row and, when expanded, suggests passing decision_id on the change. The expanded-row builders moved to dashboard_ops_history_detail.js; the static-file allowlist moved to mureo/web/static_assets.py.
  • #879 (#934): the last five import-cycle function-local imports are gone; no line under mureo/ carries the PLC0415 / #879 marker. MonthlyBudget and SOURCE_* live in mureo.context.monthly_budget_models, the ## Guardrails parser in mureo.policy.guardrails (both still importable from their old modules), ANALYTICS_ENTRY_POINT_GROUP in mureo.core.platform_keys. register_builtin_analytics_modules / register_builtin_change_feeds are replaced by builtin_analytics_modules() / builtin_change_feeds(). import mureo.change_import now also loads mureo.client_factory and mureo.byod (the Google Ads SDK stays deferred), and import mureo.context loads mureo.policy.guardrails and mureo.policy.learning_rules.
