(deprecate) Adding Button functionality #3
Description
With the addition of buttons we need to add functionality to the buttons when clicked.
When clicking on "add block" it should prompt the user either on the screen or in a new window to input information about the block they wish to add to the database.
When clicking on the "delete/view" button it should direct the user to a page where they can view an index of the blocks in the database and allow them to delete items of their choosing.
