A feature release that brings billing into the LogTide app. On instances connected to a billing service (LogTide Cloud), owners and admins buy, change and manage their plan from Settings > Billing & Usage > Billing, with the payment form embedded in the page. Self-hosted instances are unchanged unless they configure the new billing seam, and they never load Stripe.js.

Added

• Billing page: current plan with status, renewal date and saved card, plus this month's combined usage of logs, traces and metrics. Visible to owners and admins only, and only when billing is enabled
• Embedded checkout: subscribe to a paid plan, monthly or annual, through an embedded Stripe Checkout inside the page; updating the payment card works the same way
• Plan changes with a preview: switching plan or billing period shows the amount due today before confirming; when the bank must confirm a payment, the page links to the invoice
• Cancel and resume: cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the paid period, and it can be resumed before then
• Invoice history with links to the hosted invoice and its PDF
• VAT display: a Personal/Business switch and a country selector show plan prices with the country's standard VAT included or excluded, matching logtide.dev/pricing (display only; checkout taxes from the billing address)
• Billing API seam: LOGTIDE_BILLING_API_URL + LOGTIDE_BILLING_API_TOKEN (both or none). The core proxies owner/admin billing requests to an external billing service; docs/cloud-seams.md documents the HTTP contract. GET /api/v1/auth/config exposes billingEnabled: true when active
• When billing is enabled, the Usage page's Upgrade and Manage billing buttons open the in-app Billing page

Dependencies

• New frontend dependency @stripe/stripe-js 8.11.0, loaded lazily only when a checkout dialog opens on the Billing page
