Small android library that allows you to change wifi proxy settings programmatically(without root).
Now avaliable for Jelly Bean, Kitkat, Lolipop. In progress - mobile proxy changing and improving library for work with Marshmallow.
WifiProxyChanger and WifiProxyInfo classes contains methods that allows you to work with all supported android versions. If you need to change class for specific api version - you'll find them in proxy_change_realisation/wifi_network/folder_for_your_api.
