Minecraft Java Edition launcher and mod development tools for VS Code.

Install

Download minecraft-workbench-0.3.3.vsix from Assets, then run Extensions: Install from VSIX… in VS Code and select the file. Requires desktop VS Code 1.103+ and a compatible Java runtime. Java can be detected or downloaded from the extension.

Included

• Launcher Mode: isolated instances, Vanilla / Fabric / Quilt / Forge / NeoForge, game version selection, installation, repair and launch.
• Modrinth content discovery, version selection, dependencies, content updates, resource packs, shaders and world backups.
• Developer Mode: official Fabric / Forge / NeoForge templates, Gradle tasks and Java debugger integration.
• Java, accounts, download tasks, mirrors and proxy settings. Microsoft sign-in requires a user-supplied Client ID; offline accounts are available.
• Theme-aware native views and editor pages. The extension defaults to the VS Code language; the agreement viewer has an independent language selector.
• First-use Minecraft EULA and Workbench notice confirmation. Version 0.3.3 adds the selected pixel icon to the extension listing; the Activity Bar icon is unchanged.

• 适配主题的原生视图与编辑器页面。插件语言默认跟随 VS Code，协议页可独立切换语言。
• 首次使用需确认 Minecraft EULA 与插件声明。0.3.3 为扩展列表添加选定的像素图标，侧栏图标保持不变。

源码采用 MIT 许可，第三方内容适用各自许可。配置方法与兼容性说明见 README。SHA256SUMS.txt 提供安装包的 SHA-256 校验值。
