  • Enemy hit reactions remain visible during post-contact recovery for weapon, spell and summon hits. Active attack warnings are preserved.
  • Enemy attack and recovery playback follows shared timestamps instead of restarting a fresh windup when an update arrives late.
  • Boss idle howls and growls wait for attack recovery. Approved Karema audio is preserved.
  • Attack damage, cooldowns and controller assignments are unchanged.

Verification: 59 game-rule checks passed; native goblin and imp presentation review with simulated delayed updates. Existing saves are preserved by the launcher.

Open to play while development continues.

  • Holding R1 during a melee attack now raises the guard when attack recovery finishes. Releasing R1 cancels the pending block.
  • Unarmed blocking uses closed fists protecting the face, with matching entry and release motions. Quick releases reverse the partial entry.
  • Controller assignments and committed hit timing are preserved.

Verification: 58 game-rule checks passed; native front, side and three-quarter animation review. Existing saves are preserved by the launcher.

Open to play while development continues.

  • Refined leather grain and gold/cloth surface separation. Character creation and gameplay use the same revised asset.
  • Preserved the original rig, current movement clips and existing saves.

6ead6ab
  • Added nine shared walk-in shop interiors in Hearthmere and Ardmore, with visible timber doors, clear entrances and furnishings suited to each trade.
  • Moved the shopkeepers inside their buildings and updated their interaction locations. Elowen keeps her existing indoor auction hall.
  • Refined Hearthmere grass and dark-brown dirt-path surfaces with more natural color variation and gravel detail.
  • Automatic targeting now selects the closest eligible living mob, including behind the camera. R1 still releases the lock.
  • Smoothed transitions between existing player and enemy poses while preserving attack timing.
  • Improved moonlight and ambient fill so paths and characters are easier to see at night.
  • Docked a half-width compass to the screen border, halved the XP bar width, and matched player, settings, mail and clock panels with bronze borders and consistent spacing.
  • Mobs turn before advancing, stop without drifting into targets, and retain their attack follow-through. Goblin and imp strikes now match their hit timing.
  • Removed overhead mob health bars. Names remain above creatures; the selected target has one health bar at the bottom center.
  • Talking to Ana opens her own conversation card, with explicit journal, town-tour and rune-trial options instead of opening the player menu.

Existing player saves are preserved. This is an in-development Windows update.
